Summer Rec Session II 2017

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department Summer Recreation Program would like to remind current participants payment for Summer Recreation Session II is due by Saturday, June 24, 12 noon.

Payments can be made at the following locations:

  • Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave., Building B, Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & Saturday, June 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Frank O'Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave., Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave., Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. & Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave., Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Session II will begin July 5 and end August 4. The program is available to children kindergarten through grade 5. The cost per session is $200, and does not include fees associated with field trips. All program hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If payment is not received by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, you will lose your spot for Session II. You will be removed and your spot will be available to the general public. Beginning Monday, June 26, any unpaid spots will be made available for the public to fill. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, cashier’s check, money orders, traveler’s checks, debit cards and major credit cards (VISA, Discover or Master Card). No telephone payments will be accepted. Payments can be made at the Parks and Recreation Department Office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.
